I've been at The Training Room ATL for almost 8 years, so I will give you my completely unbiased opinion. This place is amazing. It's conveniently located right off the Beltline and has an array of different class types to suit any fitness goal. They also have the most knowledgeable group of coaches and trainers of any gym I've ever been to. It's also an excellent place to find a gym community. I’ve only taken the Women’s Strength classes with Amber, but this class is THE BEST! Just the right amount of challenge, walkable location if you’re in the area, and they have a decent sized parking lot if not. I never thought I would enjoy weights classes but The Training Room is onto something!...Read More Read Less
