I bought my dream RV there after shopping around for years! ( The 24View by Forest River) I got a great deal and am now part of their family. I can call Rick with questions any time and they are super helpful. Other dealers don’t care about you, they will lie just to make a sale. This never happed with Rick, he’s a stand up guy. I trust them completely and they have everything you need. I’m a first time owner, and without their help, I would be lost. Before making a purchase anywhere else, I would check with them first. It could save you thousands!

While there were few bumps along the way with one of their previous employees, he didn't last long and everything has been great since, both in the store and service done at our place near Ruch OR (we live in our Forest River destination RV so we don't bring it in for servicing but that has not been a problem, as the guy who comes out has always been great). As you can see from my other reviews I do not give out five stars easily, but these guys certainly deserve it, and I would recommend Affordable Truck and RV to anyone. My one great regret is that we were not able to buy our rig here as they did not sell that model at the time (while they do now, we had to buy ours in another state at the time) which means that we do not get the discount as folks who have purchased their RVs directly from them 😔 oh well, maybe next time if there is a next time. press on folks, you're doing fantastic!

While we did not leave buying a trailer, Randy was very helpful. We felt very welcome and were not pushed or rushed into any decisions. Will definitely come back here when we are ready to buy a trailer

My wife and I made our 1st Motorhome Purchase there 2 days ago. I met Art, the owner. He's a down to earth, humble, gentleman. He told me he wanted to own a place and run it the way he wished places were run when he was an employee. That's awesome. In the lobby, I saw a video of a bunch of happy and excited people going down the Rogue River on a group speedboat called "Hellsgate." Turns it, I saw Art in that boat and in that boat were all of his employees (who could make it that day!) How impressive is that? When paying the very personable, friendly, and professional Finance Manager, Debbie Burton, I mentioned how I had a chance to speak to Art. Her office was very well organized and neat. She reaffirmed how this place was like family because the owner invites the staff to BBQ's at his house. He also is kind enough to take them to dinners! Who does that?! When we bought our RV from Rick Markel, it was Customer Appreciation Day and we were treated to pizza in the Customer Lobby Area. Sales Manager, Cole Chapman was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. When on the road, my wife, Monica called the shop and he gave us sound advice AFTER the sale. (So they care after the purchase.) No attitudes. Only good vibes from him, and this place! I can't say enough about Rick Markel, our Sales Representative: *Very personable, warm (good natured, effective communicator & gentle sense of humor) *Kind (offered waters often) *Gracious and NO PRESSURE (Asked if we wanted some time alone to talk and think about our decisions...would leave the room) *Patient (We had so many questions...any ordinary mortal would have folded, but not him! He hung in there.) *Honest (I asked a a couple of "tough" things & I could tell he answered honestly.) If he didn't know the answer, he would find out & tell us. *Hard working (he stayed with us after business hours during our walk through. Comes to work an hour early just because he values his work) *Reassuring (he said we are part of the family now and made us feel welcomed. Wanted to see us there again.) He wrote down a list of things they could repair for us when we return in 3 months since my wife and I were in a hurry to leave to get back to our business in California. Larry, our Technician did our walk through and was very thorough. Talk about knowledgeable! He was very personable too, and funny.

We purchased a 5th wheel from Affordable in 2022. We took it on a trip last year and had one of our slides quit working. After we came home we took the trailer to a different repair facility and needless to say it did not get repaired after 4 months. We then took it to Affordable and they repaired it in 2 weeks. Unfortunately there was another issue that we didn't discover until we set up for the summer. We contacted Affordable and they ordered the parts and shipped them to us. Jim in the service department went above to make sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend their service department.
